Serving Suggestions

When Making Tea for Adults,

  • Gentle Daily Use | Steep 1 flower in warm water for 3-4min. 

  • Ceremonial Use | Steep 1-2 flowers for 30-60min.

  • You may wish to add organic honey to taste.

  • Children are only suggested to have occasional diluted tea eg watered down 1 flower gently steeped.

When Smoking for Adults,

  • Can use flowers only

  • Can mix flowers with other herbs if so desired. 

  • Smoking is only recommended for occasional use.

It is important to start with a small dose and gradually increase.
